I had gone from a very active and decent runner to a mom with two kids that I couldn't parent how I wanted due to the MS. We later had two more kids and by 2012, we closed the baby making factory and I began my mission to lose all baby weight and get my life back.
I began Plexus in January of 2013 and haven't looked back.
I now can go on long hikes, overnight fishing trips, train in karate and parent my children! I've fished the waters of Yellowstone, seen Old Faithful, traveled thousands of miles, played with my kids and attempted to keep the laundry off the couch. That last one will never happen but the rest did because of Plexus and prayer.
